Frequently Asked Questions

ProjectPRO – formerly Party Proposal Planner, works the best with Chrome web browser.

I’m not good at computers, can I use this or do I need a class ?

You don’t need any special training to use ProjectPRO. We designed the Party Proposal.com application so that anyone can use it the first time trying it. We know you can’t be stuck behind a computer all day and still get the funerals out on time. Most everything is already typed in, you just add a description, quantity, price and print. That was easy.

How much does it cost ?

$16-$22 per month depending on your plan for secure service. Month-to-month, 6 month, and 1 year contracts.

Can I customize the description ?

Yes, you have 250 characters for even the most detailed Diva’s wedding. Add notes after every section for more info.

Can I change the Contract info ?

Yes, you can add your own, the same, or different contract info for every proposal. We have provided a sample contract for you to use in your proposal. It is up to you to make sure that the information on the proposal reflects your actual business practices and covers all legal contingencies.

Can I email this proposal ?

1. Yes a PDF. From the Project Details section, you can click Send Proposal. If you entered a email address in the Contact section, it will already be typed into the Email field. Just click send. You will get a copy as well. The Proposal sends from your email address.

How do I know you will not steal my Brides or Contacts ?

We are not florists. We work with hundreds of florists to help them increase sales everyday. I could help your brides with computers and the internet, but not flowers…We simply vow to never talk to any of your clients ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°). See privacy statement below and our license agreement here. Please do no enter any SS#’s or credit card information into this site.

I use my expensive Retail POS system, why would I need this ?

Because your proposals probably don’t look as professional to a Bride or Event Planner as our proposal does. Also, seems many florists like to keep their events in a different spot as well. We get that.

I use EXCEL for my proposals, why do I need this ?

If you have difficulty with the formatting or the math, then this is for you. It is just like Excel, but online, and goof proof. You can not make it align poorly if you try.

I use WORD for my proposals, why do I need this ?

Word does not do math easily. How about formatting problems and getting everything just so? Until you add something, and then, poof, start over spacing everything again, ugh.

I handwrite all my proposals because it is more personal…

That is a load of bunk. Most of your brides probably type 130 words a minute. They are wondering why they are not important enough for you to take 5 minutes, and type it up. You know you need to look more professional don’t you ? Getting over the denial is stage one. Typing fast proposals is the answer. What about when she makes her 42nd change, is that more personal ?

I don’t need this because I don’t do a lot of weddings or parties…

You should not turn them away. Maybe you don’t because typing a proposal and her 42 changes is really hard. This is simple.

My brides won’t sign a contract…

You can leave it blank. Better be careful. After you get burnt you will require it at some point.

Sometimes I don’t have to charge the State tax…

Oops. We’re not watching…Each item has the opportunity to add tax or not. Your choice.

I am happy with my event system.

Ok, great. Please tell an Event Professional friend that is having a tough go of it or not typing a quick proposal.
